We have been importing and distributing show quality Japanese Nishikigoi for over 30 years. Often, we travel to Japan to hand-select quality nishikigoi from Japan's top breeders. We carry a large inventory of unusual types and bring new shipments in from Japan monthly. Located only 20 minutes south of San Francisco International Airport, we can ship to you in a day's notice. TERMS:

Minimum order of $300 is required with a $25 package handling fee except on orders of $500 or more. We do not accept return items that have been dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We have a no return policy on all koi fish and credits are issued only in the form of replacement fish that are equal in value to the original purchase.  Shipping and handling charges on replacement koi is the responsibility of the consignee and are not refundable by eldonkoi.

PACKAGING

1 box (28"x13"x12")(40-50 lbs.) can pack:

up to 4 large koi (12"-17")
          or
up to 40 small koi ("4-8")
          or
a mixed combination of each per box at the same shipping charge.

SHIPPING

• Orders do not include airlines, FedEx or USPS shipping charges

• Airlines orders shipped F.O.B. from San Francisco International Airport or San Jose International Airport.

• All koi are guaranteed to arrive in healthy condition within 48 hour notification upon arrival.

• We offer flat rate overnight shipping with FedEx.
